NM southeast of Whitefish Point to 18 NM south of Rawley Point Light,
or along a line from 14 NM southeast of Whitefish Point to 16 NM
southeast of Manitowoc, moving east at 65 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.
