* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
expected.

* WHERE...Hardin County in southeastern Texas...
Central Jasper County in southeastern Texas...
Northwestern Jefferson County in southeastern Texas...
Tyler County in southeastern Texas...

* WHEN...Until 930 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to
excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1222 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to Heavy rainfall has occurred last night and this
morning. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area.
Between 4 and 20 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lumberton, Silsbee, Woodville, Kountze, Sour Lake, Colmesneil,
Chester, Warren, Wildwood, Fred, Thicket, Saratoga, Town Bluff,
Rockland, Bevil Oaks, Village Mills, Honey Island, Caney Head and
Spurger.
