The National Weather Service in El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
Eastern Grant County in southwestern New Mexico...

* Until 1000 PM MDT.

* At 725 PM MDT, Thunderstorms with torrential rain near Sherman and
San Juan have produced over an inch of rain. This will lead to
flooding at several low water crossings along highway 61.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
