* WHAT...Flooding caused by runoff from excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Gila County in east central Arizona... * WHEN...Until noon MST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 952 PM MST, gauge reports indicated Tonto Creek continues to remain above Action stage.
