Western Wood County in northwestern West Virginia... North Central Mason County in western West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 330 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1034 AM EDT, Several creeks have risen out of their banks including the Shade River near Chester. This has resulted in several road closures due to flooding as reported by the Ohio Department of Transportation. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
