The right bank within town from Riverside Park to Chautauqua Park floods streets and basements. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 15.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 24.9 feet early Sunday morning.
