For the Neches River...including Town Bluff, Evadale, Neches River Saltwater Barrier...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 5.0 feet, Water is about two feet over portions of Four Oaks Ranch Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 4.1 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:15 AM CDT Saturday was 4.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 4.1 feet this afternoon. - Flood stage is 4.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
