West Central Ross County in south central Ohio... * Until 900 PM EDT. * At 722 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.
