For the Wind Advisory, east winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 45 mph expected. * WHERE...San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire. * WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning, from 10 AM this morning to 8 PM PDT Thursday. For the Wind Advisory, from 6 AM to 6 PM PDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat events.
