Linn County in north central Missouri... Central Livingston County in north central Missouri... Macon County in north central Missouri... Southeastern Putnam County in north central Missouri... Northern Randolph County in north central Missouri... Sullivan County in north central Missouri... Adair County in northeastern Missouri... Southern Schuyler County in northeastern Missouri... * WHEN...Until 315 PM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 909 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated scattered showers and thunderstorms continuing to move eastward across the region. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. This warning replaces the flood advisory that expires at 915 am. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
