Wapsipinicon River near Anamosa Shaw Rd affecting Linn, Jones and Cedar Counties. Cedar River near Conesville affecting Louisa and Muscatine Counties. Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County. Iowa River at Wapello affecting Louisa County.
