Wapsipinicon River near Anamosa Shaw Rd affecting Linn, Jones and Cedar Counties. Cedar River near Conesville affecting Louisa and Muscatine Counties. Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County. Iowa River at Wapello affecting Louisa County. North Skunk River near Sigourney affecting Keokuk County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S. * WHEN...Until Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, water affects old U.S. Highway 61 near the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 12.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.8 feet early Thursday afternoon.
