Wapsipinicon River near Anamosa Shaw Rd affecting Linn, Jones and Cedar Counties. Cedar River near Conesville affecting Louisa and Muscatine Counties. Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County. Iowa River at Wapello affecting Louisa County. North Skunk River near Sigourney affecting Keokuk County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Iowa River at Marengo. * WHEN...Until late Friday night. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, water affects agricultural land along the river. Water is several feet deep in places. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 15.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.8 feet early Friday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
