...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas...

Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier affecting Jasper,
Orange, Jefferson and Hardin Counties.

Village Creek Near Kountze affecting Hardin County.

Pine Island Bayou Near Sour Lake affecting Jefferson and Hardin
Counties.

For the Neches River...including Town Bluff, Evadale, Neches River
Saltwater Barrier...Minor flooding is forecast.
For the Village Creek...including Kountze...Minor flooding is
forecast.
For the Pine Island Bayou...including Sour Lake...Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Pine Island Bayou near Sour Lake.

* WHEN...From late tonight to Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Water inundates roads in lowland areas near
the river. Low spots on Old Sour Lake Road are under water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 22.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
tonight to a crest of 26.0 feet tomorrow evening. It will then
fall below flood stage late Monday evening.
- Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 26.0
feet on 01/29/1990.
