* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and
northeast Kansas, including the following counties, in central
Kansas, Dickinson. In east central Kansas, Geary, Morris, Shawnee
and Wabaunsee. In north central Kansas, Clay, Cloud, Ottawa,
Republic and Washington. In northeast Kansas, Brown, Jackson,
Jefferson, Marshall, Nemaha, Pottawatomie and Riley.

* WHEN...Until midnight CDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rain continues this afternoon and evening. Given saturated
soils and rising river and stream levels, additional rainfall of
half an inch up to 2 inches could lead to more instances of
flooding before rain comes to an end.
