* WHAT...Flooding caused by prior excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northern Gilmer County in north central West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 312 AM EDT, emergency management reported high water making US 33 near Glenville impassible in multiple locations due to prior heavy rainfall. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding is already occurring. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
