* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Colorado, including the following
area, Southeast Elbert County Below 6000 Feet/South Lincoln County.

* WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Through midday Wednesday, 0.75-1.25" of rain has estimated to
have fallen in southern Lincoln County.  Additional banded
rainfall is expected across portions of the area in the watch.
Minor flooding is possible across the areas that received the
most rainfall so far, which is south and east of Karval, and for
the Rush Creek and Adobe Creek basins in southeast Lincoln
County.
