The National Weather Service in Pueblo has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
The Middle Aspen Acres Burn Scar in...
East Central Custer County in southeastern Colorado...
West Central Pueblo County in southeastern Colorado...

* Until 230 PM MDT.

* At 1136 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain over the Middle Aspen Acres Burn Scar. Up to 1 inch of
rain has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.75 inches in 1
hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in
debris flow moving through the Middle Creek, Squirrel Creek and
Upper Saint Charles. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud,
vegetation and other loose materials.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding in and around the Middle Aspen Acres Burn
Scar.
