* WHERE...A portion of northwest Colorado, including Rio Blanco
County.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM MDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
