The National Weather Service in Riverton has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from noon to 9 PM MDT Thursday. * AFFECTED AREA: In Central WY Fire Zone....288. In North Central WY Fire Zone....287. In Northwest WY Fire Zone....286. * COUNTIES AFFECTED: In Central WY...Fremont. In North Central WY...Hot Springs...Park. In West Central WY...Sublette. * IMPACTS: Low Humidities and Strong Gusty Winds could cause erratic fire behavior. * WIND: West 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 to 35 mph. * HUMIDITY: As low as 12 to 15 percent, especially at elevations below 10,000 feet. RH recovery will be poor at elevations below 9,000 feet.
