At 248 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 14 miles north of Forest City to 5 miles north of
Rutherfordton to 14 miles southwest of Marion, moving south at 20
mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

Lake Lure, Casar, South Mountains State Park, Green Hill, Thermal
City, Sunshine, Union Mills, Shingle Hollow, Pleasant Grove, and
