The National Weather Service in Riverton has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from noon today to 7 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS: Low Humidities...Strong Gusty Winds...and Wind Shift with a Cold Front could cause erratic fire behavior. * AFFECTED AREA: In North Central WY...Fire Weather Zones 275 and 282. * COUNTIES AFFECTED: In North Central WY...Big Horn...Hot Springs...Park...Washakie. * COLD FRONT: A cold front will push into northern portions of the Bighorn Basin after 1400, reaching Greybull/Basin by 1800. The front will pass through the rest of the Bighorn Basin by 2100. * WIND: West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * HUMIDITY: As low as 13 percent.
