* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Some roads
remain closed due to flooding.

- At 146 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported that very heavy
rain occurred in the warned area from thunderstorms on Saturday.
