At 302 AM MDT, Rainfall has diminished in intensity over the area,
but runoff from earlier heavy rainfall will continue to cause flash
flooding.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by runoff from earlier thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, low water
crossings, as well as other poor drainage and low-lying
areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Lake Roberts, Gattons Park, Sapillo Creek Valley, Lake Roberts
Heights and Trout Valley.

The worse impacts will likely be along Sapillo Creek and related low
water crossings located upstream of Lake Roberts. Other flooding will
be primarily confined to low water crossings along Highway 35 west of
Lake Roberts Village.
