Saint Marys River near Decatur affecting Allen IN, Adams and Van Wert Counties. For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Saint Marys River at St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne. * WHEN...Until Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Some residents in the Winchester Road area may need to be evacuated. Property damage begins in some areas at this level. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:45 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 15.3 feet and rising. - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.1 feet this evening.
