* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Kansas, including the following counties, Clay, Washington, Brown, Jackson, Jefferson, Marshall, Nemaha, Pottawatomie and Riley. * WHEN...Through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms are forecast to have access to abundant moisture and could redevelop and move over the same locations multiple times. By Wednesday afternoon, some locations could end up with around 3 inches of rain with locally higher amounts possible.
