South Skunk River at Colfax affecting Polk, Marion and Jasper Counties. Des Moines River at Des Moines SE 6th St affecting Warren, Polk and Marion Counties. Raccoon River at Des Moines Fleur Dr affecting Polk County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Iowa River near Tama Hwy E49, or from Timber Creek near Le Grand to Salt Creek near Belle Plaine. * WHEN...From this morning to late Monday night. * IMPACTS...At 12.8 feet, Water affects portions of C Ave and D Ave from US 30 to the south. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.2 feet, and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 12.9 feet just after midnight tonight.
