Middle River near Indianola affecting Warren County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Raccoon River at Van Meter Hwy R16, or from the North and South Raccoon Rivers to Walnut Woods State Park. * WHEN...From Thursday afternoon to Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Water affects R Ave just north of the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:47 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 7.5 feet, and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of around 19.5 to 20 feet tomorrow evening.
