* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Houston County in southeastern Texas... Northwestern Polk County in southeastern Texas... Northeastern Trinity County in southeastern Texas... * WHEN...Until 530 PM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1122 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 3 and 7 inches of rain have fallen over these areas within the last 24 hours. A Flash Flood Warning could be issued later today if heavy rain moves back into this region. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
