* WHAT...Flooding and flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall are
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Iowa, including the following
counties, Buchanan and Delaware.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and storms are expected to develop late tonight and last
into Saturday. These storms will be capable of rainfall rates
around 1 inch per hour. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are
possible in the hardest hit areas through Saturday evening.
