The National Weather Service in Salt Lake City has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
North Central Garfield County in southern Utah...
South Central Wayne County in southern Utah...

* Until 115 PM MDT.

* At 1019 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is
0.5 to 1 inch in 45 minutes. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
