The National Weather Service in Houston/Galveston has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
Southeastern Polk County in southeastern Texas...
East Central San Jacinto County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 900 AM CDT.

* At 604 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 9 and 13 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Livingston, Goodrich, Seven Oaks, Alabama-Coushatta Reservation,
