* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Hardin County in southeastern Texas... Northwestern Jefferson County in southeastern Texas... South Central Tyler County in southeastern Texas... * WHEN...Until 515 PM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 807 AM CDT, Gauge reports and emergency management are reporting flooding continuing. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - Flood water are moving down Village Creek,Little Pine Island Bayou and Pine Island Bayou. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
