* WHAT...Tropical Storm conditions expected Monday. Tonight winds
up to 25 kt and seas up to 10 feet. Developing conditions Monday
with winds increasing to 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and
seas 13 to 18 feet.

* WHERE...Kauai Channel.

* WHEN...Through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which
could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
