Missouri River At Rulo affecting Holt and Richardson Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Rulo. * WHEN...From Friday morning to Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, The Rulo boat ramp begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 12.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 20.1 feet Saturday morning.
