FFWHGX The National Weather Service in Houston/Galveston has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Northern Liberty County in southeastern Texas... Polk County in southeastern Texas... * Until 1145 AM CDT. * At 923 AM CDT, Emergency management reported flash flooding in FM 942 near Seven Oaks, TX, and FM 163 in Tarkington, TX. Between 4 and 16 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 4 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
