Choctawhatchee River near Caryville (US 90) affecting Holmes and Washington Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Choctawhatchee River near Caryville (US 90). * WHEN...From late Wednesday night to Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, In Holmes County, Boat Ramp Road south of CR-179 will flood. Access to several of the fish camps off Boat Ramp Road may become inaccessible above this level. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 8.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Thursday morning to a crest of 14.1 feet Thursday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday evening. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 14.1 feet on 01/25/2017. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
