Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen in the past 6 hours. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.75 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring on Route 66 in Clarion Township. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated.
