Seas 6 to 10 ft. * WHERE...Coastal Waters from San Mateo Point to the Mexican Border and out to 10 nm and Waters from San Mateo Point to the Mexican Border Extending 10 to 60 nm out including San Clemente Island. * WHEN...Sunday. * IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical storm force winds could begin as early as Saturday night but are most likely to occur during the day Sunday.
