Northern Edgefield County in central South Carolina...
Saluda County in central South Carolina...

* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 535 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Saluda, or 18
miles southwest of Newberry, moving south at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to trees and powerlines.
