* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Southwestern Saguache County in central Colorado... Mineral County in south central Colorado... Rio Grande County in south central Colorado... * WHEN...Until 100 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Several structures are flooded and some sand bagging operations are continuing. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1037 AM MDT, Stream gauges indicate significant flooding continues for the South Fork Rio Grande, Rio Grande between South Fork and Del Norte, and other area streams. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Del Norte, South Fork, Wagon Wheel Gap and Creede. - Highway 160, between Wolf Creek Pass and South Fork, continues to be closed. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
