At 751 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms will end soon
across the warned area. Between 4 and 7 inches of rain have fallen
this morning. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
due to runoff from the heavy rainfall.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
