* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall from Hurricane Isaias continues. * WHERE...Southeastern Conecuh County in south central Alabama... Covington County in south central Alabama... Southern Crenshaw County in south central Alabama... Eastern Escambia County in south central Alabama... * WHEN...Until 1000 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 754 AM CDT, Residual flooding continues from heavy rain that fell from Hurricane Isaias. Between 6 and 12 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
