Mississippi River at Winfield.

River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast
precipitation for the next 24 hours.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Clarksville.

* WHEN...From Wednesday evening to Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 27.2 feet, Silo Park just northwest of Clarksville off
Highway 79 begins flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 22.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
tomorrow evening to a crest of 26.6 feet early Friday afternoon.
It will then fall below flood stage late Sunday morning.
- Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
