* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northern Fillmore County in southeastern Minnesota...
Northern Mower County in southeastern Minnesota...

* WHEN...Until 600 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 208 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in trees
were washed down at highway 43 from south Rushford to Bratsberg.
Minnesota highway 16 between Wayland and Peterson has flooding
reported along the highway. Water is over the roadway at County
57 and Minnesota 56. due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly. Between 4 and 7.5 inches of rain have
fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the
warned area.

Chatfield, Rushford, Grand Meadow, Lanesboro, Brownsdale, Wykoff,
Fountain, Lansing, Rushford Village, Washington, Racine,
Mayville, Dexter, Pilot Mound, Arendahl, Peterson, Waltham and
Whalan.
