* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northwestern Cooke County in north central Texas... Northeastern Jack County in north central Texas... Montague County in north central Texas... North Central Wise County in north central Texas... * WHEN...Until 945 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 644 AM CDT, Heavy rain due to thunderstorms fell early this morning, and light to moderate rain will continue for a few hours. Flooding is likely ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
