* WHAT...Debris and ash flows, rock slides, and minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible, especially near burn scars. * WHERE...A portion of North Central Washington, including the following areas and counties, Central Chelan County, Okanogan Highlands, Okanogan Valley, Wenatchee Area, Western Chelan County and Western Okanogan County. * WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in debris and ash flows over burn scars in steep terrain. Rock slides will be possible. Minor flooding in urban areas where there is poor drainage. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Moderate to heavy rain has fallen. Observed rainfall amounts range from 0.50-1.50 inches with locally around 2.00 inches in southern Chelan County. Less than 0.50 has fallen along the Canadian Border and over the Kaiser Canyon Fire. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are expected. - This includes but is not limited to the following burn scars: Modrite, Kaiser Canyon, Sinlahekin, Chelan Falls, Little Giant, Sisi, Labor Mountain, and Pioneer. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
