* WHEN...From this evening to late Friday night.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs.  Expect
flooded boat ramps and trails.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 3.4 feet.
- Forecast...The Neches River south of Diboll is expected to rise
above flood stage this evening to a crest of 12.1 feet just after
midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow
morning.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 12.1
feet on 05/21/1956.
