FFWFGZ The National Weather Service in Flagstaff has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Yavapai County in west central Arizona... * Until 530 PM MST. * At 235 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, normally dry washes, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Paulden. This includes State Route 89 near mile marker 338. This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... Mud Tank Wash, Antelope Wash, Indian Springs Wash, Walnut Creek, Pine Creek, Williamson Valley Wash and Big Chino Wash.
