...The National Weather Service in State College has issued a Flood
Warning for the following creeks in Pennsylvania...

Penns Creek near Penns Creek affecting Union and Snyder Counties.

...Forecast flooding changed from Moderate to Major severity and
increased in duration for the following creek in Pennsylvania...

Bald Eagle Creek near Beech Creek Station affecting Clinton and
Centre Counties.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Penns Creek near Penns Creek.

* WHEN...Until this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, The left, or north bank overflows downstream
of the Route 104 bridge. A campground is affected. A number of
secondary roads in the Penns Creek drainage are affected by high
water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:00 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 7.6 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
- Forecast...The creek is expected to rise above flood stage early
this morning to a crest of 8.7 feet this morning. It will then
fall below flood stage late this morning.
